We send the caviar carefully packed in a thermal box, between gel pads that keep the caviar at the right temperature up to 48 hours. The way you preserve the caviar affects the taste and thus the whole experience. Therefore, after receiving the package, it is very important to keep the unopened caviar tin at the bottom of the refrigerator. Alternatively in the coldest part of the refrigerator at a temperature between -2 ° C to + 2 ° C.
Let the caviar stay outside the refrigerator around 5 minutes before serving. Be sure to serve it on an ice bowl if the outdoor temperature is too high.
Avoid using metal spoon when serving and eating caviar. Metal, silver, plastic, brass and iron leave a mark on the caviar’s taste and impair the experience. We recommend that you use a mother-of-pearl spoon, or spoons made of ceramic or gold to enjoy the delicacy.
Do not complicate the experience, enjoy the velvety taste of caviar, raw or with a glass of Champagne.
Our favorite combination is toasted white bread and a little unsalted butter or together with blinis and whipped smetana. Be careful not to use substances or spices that take over the rich flavor.
Level up your breakfast by garnishing boiled or poached eggs with a little caviar or top the avocado sandwich with Beluga. The rum is perfect for garnishing fish or sauces and as an accompaniment to oysters, shrimp and lobster.
Try to match your purchase with the need. We recommend at least 30 grams of caviar for two people. Our advice is to enjoy the caviar as soon as possible after the tin has been opened.
Opened tin can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 to 4 days, however the air in the refrigerator can impair the taste and dry the rum.
Best before date on the back of the tin shows the shelf life of an unopened package which is normally between 2 to 4 months.
